Sadhana is an exceptional Yoga Teacher and Feminine Embodiment Guide with over a decade of experience in Yoga, Meditation, and Women’s work. In her teachings, she weaves together the wisdom of Tantra, Taoism, and Sufism, offering pathways into deeper awareness, love, and self-discovery. Rooted in the lineage of Himalayan mystics and enlightened masters, she bridges ancient wisdom with a modern perspective.
Sadhana’s journey began in the world of Bhakti Yoga, where her father introduced her to meditation at a young age. After six successful years in the corporate world, she felt a deeper calling and chose to dedicate her life to the path of yoga and inner transformation.
She spent years living and studying in ashrams across India, exploring Bhakti Yoga, Karma Yoga, Jnana Yoga, Vedanta, Tantra, and Mantra Yoga. Alongside her spiritual studies, she immersed herself in the art and science of yoga, receiving extensive training in alignment, teaching YNV methodology, meditation, and embodied practice
A seeker, guide, and devoted student of life, Sadhana is drawn to life’s deeper mysteries and the exploration of consciousness, with a heartfelt commitment to serving all sentient beings.
She creates spaces where students feel seen, supported, and inspired. Her classes are deeply embodied, infused with devotion and presence.
With the warmth of sisterhood, a joyful spirit, and deep feminine wisdom, she invites students to reconnect with their bodies, hearts, and souls, awaken their inner strength, and embrace life with greater authenticity, love, and connection.
The student who needs to be met somewhere the curriculum cannot reach. The moment that calls for a different kind of presence. Sadhana notices. She always does.
When she walks into the room, something settles. You will feel it from the very first session.
