Treat fellow students, teachers, staff, and the local community with kindness, respect, and consideration at all times.
Bullying, harassment, discrimination, abusive language, or disruptive behavior is not acceptable and may lead to disciplinary action.
Smoking, vaping, excessive alcohol consumption, and the use or possession of illegal substances are not permitted on the school premises or in the accommodation provided.
Students are encouraged to practice within their own physical limits and take responsibility for their health and well-being throughout the training.
Please inform the school of any injuries, medical conditions, or health concerns that may affect your participation so our teaching team can support you appropriately.
Regular attendance is an important part of the training. Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes, workshops, and assessments to successfully complete the course.
Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of the course requirements, including attendance and assessments.
Arriving on time helps maintain a focused and uninterrupted learning environment for everyone.
Please keep mobile phones on silent during classes and avoid recording sessions without prior permission.
If staying in school accommodation, we kindly ask students to respect shared spaces, keep rooms clean, and be considerate of others.
Students are responsible for their personal belongings. While we do our best to provide a safe environment, the school cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged items.
Please treat school facilities, yoga equipment, and accommodation with care. Any intentional damage may be subject to repair or replacement costs.
For the comfort and privacy of all students, visitors are not permitted in school accommodation unless approved by management.
Students participating in excursions or activities are expected to follow safety instructions and act responsibly throughout the experience.
We encourage all students to respect Balinese customs, traditions, religious sites, and local laws during their stay.
Photos and videos may be taken during classes or excursions for educational and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in promotional content, simply let our team know before the training begins.
Our teachers may offer optional hands-on adjustments to support your practice. You are always welcome to decline an adjustment at any time.
We recommend that all students have comprehensive travel and medical insurance covering illness, injury, cancellations, and personal belongings during their stay.
Students are responsible for visas, passport validity, travel arrangements, scooter rentals, and any activities undertaken outside the school’s official program.
In rare circumstances, Yoga New Vision may need to make adjustments to the training schedule, teaching team, accommodation, or excursions to ensure the best possible learning experience.
If a student’s behavior consistently disrupts the learning environment or affects the wellbeing of others, the school may, after careful consideration, ask the student to discontinue the training. Refunds will be handled in accordance with the school’s refund policy.
Yoga New Vision may update these guidelines from time to time to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and smooth operation of the training programs.
