Foundation
The first week is an invitation to be present, become curious, and reconnect with the essence of yoga. Surrounded by like-minded people walking a similar path, you begin to create meaningful connections, share experiences and discover the beauty of learning together.
Our days build the foundations of your practice — exploring the principles of postures, breath, pranayama and meditation, while developing a deeper awareness of how the body moves, breath flows and attention is cultivated.
In the first four days of the Asana Lab we begin with Pawanmuktasana, a series of preparatory practices that awaken and mobilise the body, before gradually exploring Surya Namaskar and the foundations of the asana practice.
Our philosophy journey explores the meaning of yoga, its different paths, Mantra, Tantra and the Five Koshas — a foundation for understanding yoga both as a practice and a way of life. Alongside the study there is the simple joy of being together, sharing conversations, laughter and nourishing organic meals made with love.
“When the roots are nourished, the whole tree begins to blossom.”

Days 8 to 14 · Deepening
Deepening
By the second week the foundations are becoming familiar, and we begin to explore what lies beneath them. As the practice deepens, we journey through the five elements — Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space.
Each element becomes an invitation to experience asana and meditation through a different quality, bringing new awareness to the body, breath, energy and mind.
Our philosophy deepens through the Yamas and Niyamas, the yogic value system and the Yoga Sutras, bringing the teachings into everyday life. For the women in our training, we also explore menstrual cycle wisdom, cyclical living, meditation and lifestyle.
In the Asana Lab your practice builds day by day — more postures, refined alignment, deeper and more integrated sequences — while our study of the musculoskeletal system grows alongside. And somewhere between the classes, shared meals and quiet moments, the people who arrived as fellow trainees begin to feel like friends walking the path beside you.
“The more deeply we understand the practice, the more deeply we understand ourselves.”

Teaching Practice
In the final week, everything begins to come together — your practice, your understanding, your voice and your ability to share yoga with others.
We deepen our philosophy journey through the Seven Chakras and emotional integration, exploring how these teachings can be understood and lived in everyday life.
In teaching practice you experience our signature Deep Samadhi Sequence while developing the skills to cue, sequence, offer hands-on adjustments and hold space with presence and awareness. We also explore the business of yoga. In small groups, or Sanghas, you support one another as you prepare and teach your classes, receiving guidance and feedback along the way.
And because this journey is also about joy, we come together for a Creative Surprise Evening — to play, express, laugh and create memories — before Day 21, our Graduation & Certification Ceremony.
“What you have learned becomes yours when you embody it, live it, and share it.”

Rest Days
A journey this immersive also needs space to breathe. Throughout the training you have two Sundays off to rest, recharge and experience Bali at your own pace.
- First Sunday — your day to explore: sleep in, enjoy a slow breakfast, discover Ubud or rest by the pool. We share our favourite places to eat, cafés, shopping, massages and spas.
- Second Sunday — a shared experience: an uplifting Kirtan with Bhakti Bliss Bali, or a traditional Balinese water purification ceremony.
Two Sundays. Two invitations — one to explore, and one to experience together.

Graduation
Day 21 is a day to pause and take it all in. After three weeks of learning, practising, sharing and growing together, we gather for our Graduation & Closing Ceremony — a heartfelt celebration of everything this journey has brought.
There is time to reflect on the moments that shaped you, share what you've discovered, honour the friendships you've created, and celebrate the person you are becoming. And then we celebrate the way only a yoga family can — with beautiful food, music, laughter, dancing and a whole lot of joy.
Some moments are meant to be felt rather than explained. This is one of them. 🌸
“The journey was never only about where you were going. It was about who you became along the way.”
